Ordering BEXXAR

Placing the Order

The authorized physician should use The BEXXAR Therapeutic Regimen Order Form to provide the radiopharmacy with the information needed to order BEXXAR (Tositumomab and Iodine I 131 Tositumomab). The radiopharmacy calls the BEXXAR Service Center and submits the order for BEXXAR with the information included on the order form.

Be sure alternate dates for administering the dosimetric and therapeutic doses are included.

Shipment and Delivery Information

The nonradiolabeled and radiolabeled components of the BEXXAR therapeutic regimen are shipped separately to the radiopharmacy¹

All vials (radiolabeled and nonradiolabeled) are shipped directly to the radiopharmacy for preparation of the dosimetric and therapeutic doses. The radiopharmacy will then deliver all of the doses to the Treatment Center

Changes or Cancellations

Changes or cancellations regarding a specific order of the BEXXAR therapeutic regimen should be directed to the radiopharmacy for communication to the BEXXAR Service Center at 1-877-4-BEXXAR
